Hardboiled cyberpunk noir detective narrative game, it's quite short and there's only a few gameplay mechanic, it's pretty linear with barely any critical thinking required, the story is alright and the visual are amazing, worth to get on a discounts

But if you're in it for chill sessions with stylish mechs and anime waifus, there's definitely something here to appreciate

That said, the game does suffer from limited enemy variety and a small selection of weapons for now. hopefully, these issues will be addressed over time with updates and new content

Overall, I’d say it’s worth picking up on a discount, especially if you’re a fan of anime aesthetics and mecha themes. just go in with the right expectations, and you might find a hidden gem

I aware of the optimization issue of this game, I use i3 12100F RTX 4070 16GB RAM, play nicely around 50-60 fps at high setting without any upscaling and frame gen, as long I'm not streaming

I love how immerse the game have become, the dynamic between the handler (alma) and hunter is drastically improved, the way we hunt monster directly on the overworld feel really nice, and how the season and time of the day really affect which monster spawning on the overworld and all the ecosystem around it (like certain fish are tend to spawn in certain time of the day)

the best Assassin's Creed before the RPG era, it is buggy, it is glitchy, but without doubt I'll mark it as the best

the crazy amount of crowd and environment detail is insane, it portray french revolution perfectly, the chaos and ugliness of it

give it a chance to see it through till the end, and I hope you enjoy it as much as myself
