It's digital crack

I really wanted to like this game as I really enjoyed Surgeon Simulator but could not get into it. It appears that the entire premise of the game is to put up with the rubbish controls. The entire UPS of the game is rubbish controls! I would rather spend the time learning the how to play I am Bread into playing a much better game, or putting the time towards learning something thats actually a worthwhile use of dexterity and coordination.

Played Skyrim a lot over the past couple of weeks with no crashing issues. Main complaint now is I wish Bethesda would add DualShock 4 or Steam Controller support.

After for playing Skyrim for a few hours I've only had the game crash once. A definate improvment. The game is the same game I know and love from five years ago. There is a noticable difference in graphics yet the game is missing the array of mods from its original release though more are appearing everyday, some old, some new. It's a shame that enabling any mods disables achivements. Even with it's faults I recommend this game, it's very deep and very easy to become completely immersed within the world of Skyrim.

To be fair to Bethesda they have been releasing updates, and with version 1.2 Skyrim finally runs on my laptop! I shall update this review once I get the chance to play the game some more.

Original Review

I'm glad I got The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Black Screen Edition for free because if I had paid for it I would have been sorely disappointed. Lets hope we see some updates soon to get this game working.
