One of those games that spark the "can video game be art" debate. beautiful art style, gorgeous music and tight platforming with a sad and heartwarming story make this one IMO a work of art. My only issue is that is too damn short.

A great remake! improved many things without compromising the core idea of survival horror. IMO the original is better, specially on the sotry telling department but this one is a MUST for every RE veteran

I'll start saying that the game is pretty good. It gives you the feeling that your choices do matter and you can be "Super Max". Some episodes are more intense than others and as the story progresses I think it gets a little too tangled for its own sake. by the end you get some twists that I didn't see comming basically because they were not necessary and you get some weird paradoxes and a ending that I felt was pretty stupid. It felt like they played safe and just tried (unsuccessfully) to get some tears on my face.

As a game you get solid gameplay, the time rewind power felt pretty good and the more I used it the more I felt it took its toll on Max (which was the idea I think). I think it held my hand more than needed at some places and left me completely stranded at others where I was asking myslef what did the game want from me.

Anyway, if you are into story driven games and want a brake from telltale this is a good option to keep you busy while you wait for another. a solid 7/10 for me

Capcom made an experiment, they wanted to see if people would like their games to go back the old formula. Guess what? We do!

Resident Evil HD remastered (REHD) Is a third person survival horror game based on the Game Cube version remaster of the 1996 PSone classic, So yes the remake of a remake.

I didn't have the opportunity to play the Game Cube version so I was very excited to get my hands on it and I must say I wasn't dissapointed. The game has really impressive visuals, the work with the lighting here is very impressive. The fixed camera can be a deal breaker for many, but in my opinion it just helps to build the most important aspects of these games, the atmosphere, and that is where the game shines, giving you a feeling of being constantly watched and that you are never truly alone, even when you dispatched all the monsters. the limited health items, ammo and saves combined with the lack of continues keeps you tense at all times, knowing that if you die you have to restart from your previous save and you can't be constantly saving.

The story and voice acting may not be the best out there but you don't really buy a RE game for those things anyway.

I think this game is a really good value for the money as it will easily squeese at least 10 hours out of your time, all that for just $20. get it, enjoy it and join me as I wait for Capcom to remaster RE2 (my personal favorite)

The game will take you about 45min to an hour to complete, but during that time you will be enthralled to know whats going on.

Not really a scary game, but its story and voice acting will make you feel what the characters feel as its very easy to relate to their feelings.

And to top all that its free! so there is no reason not to pick this one up and support the developers. Maybe we will get something bigger next time

The best FPS since Half life 2!

Interesting story that will keep you playing for hours and hours on end just to see what comes next, amazing characters, the best NPC since Agro in Shadow of the Colossus, and great and fast gameplay come together to deliver an amazing final chapter to the Bioshock franchise that leaves you craving for more.

The game isn't perfect, the gameplay offers little innovation from its predecessors and at times it feels a little repetetive. The whole tone of the game switches from the creppy survival scary experience in Rapture to a more beautiful and less unsettling and more action packed Columbia.

Are you a fan of great stories? Great characters that will make you fall in love? action packed games? Sci-Fi time travel and parallel universes? if you answered yes to 1 of this questions then you owe it to yourself to pick up this game and all its DLC

I have the privilege to play all three Bioshock games, of all the three this one is my least favorite, but that doesn't mean is bad, not at all! the game is exceptional in so many levels and it offers improvements from the original, for example:

1. Gameplay: the adition of ranged hacking was a good idea and the implementation of the melee attack usable with every weapon was necessary, which helped the game feel smoother and awesome.

2. Better graphics: with better tech the guys at 2k managed to improve the already great visuals of the orignal that, combined with thre awesome soundtrack, makes it more inmersive for the player

3. New enemies: there are a couple of new monsters to keep you on your toes. Speccialy the Big Sisters which were awesome, menacing, challenging and scary.

On the downside the game does feel like it recycles many things from the original, and sometimes fails to do them as good as the original did. Like the atmosphere, even tough we are still in rapture I didn't feel the dread I felt in the original, it was not as creepy either. also the story, good enough to keep you playing and very well voiced acted, here is not as intriguing and the lack of mind blowing moments really disspapointed me, Also we don't get the awesome villian (Andrew Ryan) nor the hateful one (Fontaine), and that's just a pity,

Do I recommend this game? Hell yeah, is a fine good game and its worth buying. Just saying that the good things about this game were done better in the previous and on the sequal.

Great game where everything is ment to create a fairy tale atmosphere. But don´t be fooled by the colorful characters and beautiful backgrounds because child of light offers an strategic gameplay style that will have you scratching your heads on higher dificulties. Great Style, interesting characters and one of the best OST i have heard since Shadow of the Colossus. a total must own for every respectable gamer
