We are so back.

Combat system is one of a kind. You have so many tools, and I've barely scratched the surface.

Playing on hard and it's got a nice challenge to it. Looking forward to MN.

It's optimized really well. Not sure what others are complaining about.
GTX 3080 and Ryzen 5 5700x3D and I'm on a stable 144 fps on epic graphics in 1440p.

This game is hilarious with friends. One of the best coop games out there. Many good times ahead.

The game looks pretty, runs pretty well for me, and is very satisfying to play.

Been playing since D2 launched on Bnet with 500+ hours. This game has come so far, and I am happy Bungie is now in control. Great things to come.

This is my personal GOTY for 2017.

Let's start with the pros:
- Combat is simple, but fun with a few different ways to change up how you play with charms
- The world is vast, and full of hidden secrets
- Challenging boss fights
- Fantastic soundtrack
- Progression of your character makes you feel more powerful as the game goes on
- Artstyle, this is my opinion obviously but I adore the cutesy look to the game, even though it can be hard as hell
- Price. It's hard to find an indie game of this quality for $15
- Free DLC, and support from the developer. The game continues to improve

Cons:
- The backtracking in the game can get quite tedious at times, although it has improved slightly with some of the updates
- Some people may find the death penalty too brutal for their tastes. If you have played Dark Souls, it is similar to that.(I personally do not think it is a big deal, but I have seen many posts disliking it)

Overall, I highly recommend Hollow Knight if you enjoy Metroidvania esque games. I personally think Hollow Knight is a 2D Dark Souls. The game has length, exploration, progression, challenge, and great gameplay all for a cheap price tag.

You won't regret your purchase!

Early Access Review
Overrated. The only real reason I still have this installed is the fact that it's the only thing my friends seem to play. I am just not a fan of running around and looting for 30 minutes then getting shot from nowhere. The game is literally a looting/running/waiting simulator with SOME fighting. Not my cup of tea personally. The optimization still needs a lot of work, although it has improved somewhat. The glitches/bugs seem to keep piling up including the new one my friend experienced where the buildings did not spawn in and he could drive cars into them and kill the people inside. The FPP mode was a nice addition, even though it seems half assed. If they can flesh out that mode, this game may be more fun since it is way more balanced than peeking over your shoulder in third person. I hope this game becomes good - especially for those who truly enjoy it, but at this point in time, it is not.

Game is well optimized, fast, and fluid with great gameplay. I am having an absolute blast playing this game and highly recommend it to anyone interested in something fresh. As someone who has been playing CSGO/rainbowsix/pubg a lot this truly is a breath of fresh air in the fps genre.its reminding me of the golden days of a modern quake 3.On a side note...no it's not like overwatch, the only thing that's similar is having heroes/classes.

Take a chance and buy it to try it. Do not believe other peoples opinions until you try the game after release. You can play more than a handful of matches before 2 hours are up, if you did not enjoy your time refund it, otherwise welcome to the club!

I admit the game had a rough launch for some of my fellow unkindled, however I did experience very little issues except 1-2 crashes so far, nothing too bad. I will start off with the combat, it seems fluid as ever, like a mix of bloodborne and dark souls 2. It seems a bit faster, than it use to be, which to me is a nice pace that From has found for the combat. PvP wise, I have come across some latency issues where the other player is lagging/teleporting all over my screen, but I have no doubt this will be addressed in the future...other than that it seems fine and a lot of covenants to keep you busy for some time!

The environment that the game is set in will bring some nostalgia for previous souls players, and the new ones are beautiful. I think that some of the environments are some of the best I've seen in any of From's games. There are always multiple ways to go about your business, and not many linear designs that make you go one way. The main hub area is a favorite of mine for souls games, it reminds me of the demon souls games.

The weapons are awesome, some of the coolest I have seen in any Souls game. The new special abilities for weapons have a nice change of pace feel that make weapons unique and can create some awesome PvP battles. I like that some boss weapons are now viable to use as they scale nicely.

The bosses have great design, all very unique in their own way with awesome attacks and music to go along with them...not to say they were all hard. The difficulty boss wise was lackluster compared to other souls games in my opinion, HOWEVER they had some of the coolest designs to date with a good amount of them in the game.

If I think of anything else to add to this, I will edit...Just my opinions on the game and I hope they help someone out.

OVERALL 9.5/10

CS:GO Review
I hate this game but I love this game. It's so bad but so good. Just buy it and let the rage consume you while you enjoy it at the same time.
