Incredible game! If the game looks boring or uninteresting at first glance, don't worry, I though the exact same thing! I did not understand the hype at all, but after trying it out for just a few hours, I very quickly fell in love. It's a game you just gotta play yourself to feel for yourself to just appreciate all the little details the developers put into it.

Try it out for yourself, if you don't like it, fair enough, but the more you play, the more and more you realize just how well thought out and fun it is. Highly highly highly recommend! Bravo Embark!

As someone who has played this game since day 1, this dlc is so so good. Gearbox has more than made up for their past. This is probably the most fun I've had with Risk of Rain 2 in years.

On launch this game was legitimately one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Some of the decisions made seriously baffled me on how anyone thought it was even remotely fun. It's obvious that the developers probably didn't have all the time they wanted to make it good, but seriously some parts of the game shouldn't have even been there in the first place. It felt like the devs didn't even playtest their own game.

With that launch, there really was nowhere to go but up, and yeah, it certainly did I guess. The latest update improved a lot on some of the horrible aspects of the game, but it's still not in a good place right now. They are making good changes, but they are changes that should have been there from the start.

The game no longer crushes my soul to play, but that's about it. If they keep this trajectory, then I'm sure things will turn around for this game, but with how common that is in the gaming industry right now, just ask yourself if that's something you're really willing to get invested in.

Here's hoping the game gets better, but I am not going to hold my breath. It'll get there when it gets there, and in the meantime, there are a million better things to do with your time.

Game is playable now, and very fun. My mom showed me the one peice while playing.

It has it's issues, but for me it makes up for it by just being a fun as ♥♥♥♥ game.

Honestly, one of the best games to come out in a while

Only problem is that it is not very bug free and there can be some horrible optimisation issues which leads to terrible framerates. Although relatively common, it's not near enough to take away from a lot of what this game does right and is mostly a great experience.
