In the first case, the world is silent because everything happens quietly. Russia does not complain to the whole world that its citizens are being killed in a neighboring country, but solves its own problems. And the whole world doesn't care. Do you think no one knew about it? We live in the 21st century, the age of information technology, where everything becomes available to the public and the whole world in a few hours.
In the second case, the world was silent, because the USA did it. The whole world is afraid of the US when the dollar is the world currency.
Where were the international sanctions when the US killed 200,000 civilians in Iraq?
Where were you when Yugoslavia was bombed?
You hypocritically ignored wars in the past just because America did them.
And when Russia decided to cleanse Ukraine of the Nazis who had been killing Russians for 8 years, the entire Western world began to hate Russians, listening to fake news.
And what does your government want to achieve by imposing sanctions against Russia? You have imposed sanctions, now look at fuel prices in your country. Like? Feel the sanctions against Russia? You have chosen the wrong side, gentlemen.
Europe, you are puppets, and the USA is your puppeteer.
