The best game for guitarists bar none. Gamify practicing never gets old, its like the fun of guitar hero except your learning the actual song and improving your guitar skills at the same time. Dynamic difficulty will always ensure that beginners are improving or this can turned off and songs played note for note.

Specific made Skill games can help you nail techniques and improve memorisation of chords (in a cool house of the dead throwback minigame) which each having their own leaderboards. Session mode is great for learning and using scales and encourages improvisation for solos, jamming etc as you can add backing bands made up of various instruments.

Has a wide range of genres that come with the base game and you will likely find dlc for something your interested in. Unofficially supports user made tracks too. Won't replace a real tutor but hey its a great tool for keeping up practice. Bass and electric acoustics are also supported. This guitar game/tool is easily my favourite and would be my first desert island pick.

If you have any interest in gaming and guitars I would highly recommend.

The most fun addictive arcade style game finally reaches the pc. This is a no brainer, if you cant find some fun playing this you have no pulse. Played hundreds of hours on the xbox and will continue to do so with the definitive version. Uses ubisofts uplay system just to give you a heads up.

The only MMO's I have really got into are everquest 2, eve online and guild wars. But personally for me this is better than those games. Kickass modern supernatural horror setting with modern weapons and deep quests which actually tax your brain. Plenty of content to keep you busy.

One of the best games of this generation. First person freerunning jus feels awesome and the graphics look amazing along with the artstyle. Breathtaking and exhilirating.

Horror and survival horror fans get this immediately tho you might soil your undercrackers cause its well scary..!! Amazing atmosphere.

If you like roguelikes, old school zelda or any other top down rpgs you will love this. Great artstyle, soundtrack and soo replayable. Youi wont get more bang for your buck than this.

So much fun and being a roguelike gives a lot of replayability. Amazing soundtrack too.

One of the best games I have ever played. Tough but fair, amazing locations and hidden secrets and badass bosses. Cant recommend this one enough. Roll on DKS2.

Absolutely phenomenal. Awesome soundtrack, killer gameplay which is just brutal :) nice art style with trippy visuals and a cool story.
