I must confess to one of the most HEINOUS mistakes of recent times: apparently the 030 182-xxxx in Sabotage refers to Chisu's personal identity code instead, which is in similar form 030182-xxxx (date of birth + unique identifier). The phrasing and the same length made me think it's a phone number, but the personal identity code makes even more sense with the song's theme, since you usually have to provide it (and your name) when contacting health services by phone.

Please do not kidnap my family with your alien technologies for this colossal mistake that has prevailed for YEARS
