Worst FNAF game I've played. Just RNG jumpscare slop which pretty much sums up the rest of the FNAF games but this one takes the cake to make me write a review.

The music and visuals are great, and honestly seems extremely in depth at first glance. But for me, it's too much in too little of a game. It's not really all that engaging after just 15 minutes of playing and I'd rather play 20 Minutes Until Dawn, Hades, or Vampire Survivors.

Cool concept, but how the ♥♥♥♥ does a one year old game have an exploit where you can join password protected lobbies and start the game? Can't recommend this ♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game.

This game gives me ebola. Let's talk about why.

The time to kill: This game features opponents who can have up to 200HP, which doesn't seem like a lot. Except the guns in this game can do as little as 20HP per shot, which means you have to hit at least 10 times to down them. At close range this isn't a huge deal if you're shooting at sticks of butter, but considering that any brain dead syphilis ridden koala can move around decently in this game, you might be bound to miss a few shots here and there when engaging enemies. Good thing you have ammo, right? Wrong. Because if you end up ♥♥♥♥ outta luck without a fully kitted out LMG or AR, you're gonna be having to kiss all 18 of your bullets goodbye with a pat on the head hoping they hit something. (Should I talk about the charge-up ADS accuracy on some guns? nah...)

The fact you have to queue up with two other people in this game makes me want to york peppermint patties. A solos mode would be much appreciated, but this game has only been out for two years and browsing internet forums can be tricky. Cut the devs some slack. Appreciate the fact that they made a game where two year olds won't get mad that people can be better than you in a gunfight, implementing a wide array of systems ensuring that no matter how good YOU are at video games, you will never succeed without the assistance of the two nut sucking ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ the game forces you to play with (That is to say, wonderful members of the gaming community). I play this game with friends not only because I can't stand the alternative, but because it's a different game than what we normally play. Good job devs for making a uniquely polished brand of trash that we actually consider playing every once and a while to get away from the usual quality of games we play.

Speaking of which, the devs of this game are none other than the peabrained ♥♥♥♥♥ that made Battlefront II, so you can expect this game to be riddled with freemium content, like how you don't get any loot boxes for free after level 100 and have to pay for them. Good thing respawn was able to get two masterpieces out before the annually voted worst company to work for bought them out. Now look what they're doing. You can literally tell the difference in game development quality when you look at 2016 and end of 2017. And it only gets worse.

It's unbelievable how awful this game is, and I can't imagine anyone actually, truly enjoying this game unless they prefer high TTK games because it sucks getting one-tapped. If I'm going to be honest, yes it does suck getting killed quickly in a gunfight. But I'd much rather appreciate the skill of individual players in a game than being forced to play "who can laser each other longer with equipment they happen to get." For as bug ridden and ♥♥♥♥♥♥ as PUBG is, I'd play that over this AIDS infested puddle of ♥♥♥ simply because you don't have to depend so much on RNG and the length of your team's ♥♥♥♥♥.

I didn't have to write this review, but I felt obligated to so that I can justify almost uninstalling this game. The only thing stopping me right now is the fact that I have enough space that I don't need to. Subtle brag. I'd hate having to wait even longer to boot up this game just to have fresh new reasons not to play it anymore.

There are a lot of issues we can talk about in this game, for example being sectioned off to specific regional servers, or minor HUD glitches, or how slow the movement feels in a game where mobility is one of the key developed elements. Not to mention how this game's skill ceiling is extremely low considering how much this game babies you into winning. I've literally gotten headshots that did 45 damage; none of the damage in this game makes any ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sense except when you're the one getting shot.

Call me ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ at the game, whatever. I'm just not willing to put hours into learning a gameplay style I fundamentally disagree with. I'd much rather play games like CSGO, Valorant, or Siege, PUBG, or even H1Z1 all of which I picked up very quickly, where skill matters more than programmed, random elements in the game that force you to work with your team. I hate the guns, I hate the attachment system, I hate the team system, I hate the developers (EA can kiss my plump, dummy thicc ass), and most of all I hate that this game nerfs your skill and tries to bell curve your ass with the team.

Started out in the corner of a countryside map, starting with nothing and after 5 hours finally worked up a huge stockpile of resources except for meds. My group started getting irritated for not having meds and having a bunch of infestations, and as I'm out scrounging for supplies I run into a gang of bandits called The Flying ♥♥♥♥♥ (f-word) and get me and my partner's head shot off. I take control of another survivor, and grab the help of another to follow me out and grab the stuff of my fallen comrades. My partner goes down, but I end up succeeding. Since there are so many items to recover, I have to make two trips to base and back. On my second trip, car runs out of gas and I have to walk the rest of the way on foot. Get overrun by a horde, run out of energy and can't outrun them and die. My last two survivors die with nothing left during a siege at base.

10/10, it's like interactive walking dead simulator, where the choices you make as the leader of a community piss other people off enough to maybe shoot you, and where your actions have consequences. Do you arm yourself to the teeth and storm buildings, looting quickly and making noise? Or do you go in quiet, with a few fire crackers to lure the zombies away and play it smart? You'll build relationships with the survivors you meet along the way, and you'll level them up to become badasses. But in a lapse of judgement, they'll die and you'll mourn their loss.

Aside from a few frustrating situations, like getting hacked to death by a hostile survivor at a KFC without being able to dodge, or getting my car stuck between a sign and a broken down car while being chased by a feral and a juggernaut, I really dig every second of this game. There are some boring moments, and a lot of people might be frustrated with the style of the game and no primary objectives, but I like that aspect a lot because it gives the player a lot of freedom with how they want to survive. Yes, the main goal of the game is to see if you can destroy all the "plague hearts" in the town, but that process takes a very long time. You'll need a steady income of resources through outposts, constant scavenging, building relationships with other survivors, all while managing the health of your crew which should keep the player busy for several tens of hours.

PS: I've only played this specific game for about 10 hours when I reviewed it, but I've played SOD1 and have had the same experience with it. I think this game builds very well off the first game, improving a lot of mechanics, making the game look better, and fleshing out the improv dialogue much better than in SOD1. This is by far the better game, and no there's no reason to buy both of them.

It's a very immersive zombie game, and it's one of the games I am playing most in my VR library. A lot of people say it's scary sometimes because of zoms around the corner and other frights they've had, but I didn't experience any of that. The story is intriguing if a little far fetched, but so was the walking dead TV series toward the end so cut it some slack. This game after the beginning starts to put survival aside and tries to trek you through the story threatening dwindling supplies and growing zombies each day that passes, so theorhetically the faster you get the story done, the easier the game is.

Sometimes the missions aren't clear, like (no spoilers) when you're supposed to wait for someone in the middle of a churchyard so they can unlock some gate because they're suspicious of you, but if you're not paying attention you won't see the person try to wave you on and there's no other signal the game gives you to let you know when the gate was unlocked or which gate it is. Or, if you move on to attempt a mission such as the first intel drop to progress the story, you may be wandering aimlessly unless you first find the drawing in the resting place area to point where the intel actually is.

Despite these frustrations I've had, I have had a lot of fun in this game, and the game actually lets you make decisions which I haven't had actual reprecussions with (so far), but it kind of gives a bit of variety as to how you complete a mission, and certain choices will (for example) either force you to sneak around the house you have to get into, simply gain the trust of the faction guarding the house and walk in, or storm it with the other faction's help. If anything, this adds to the replayability of an immersive zombie survival story.

I got this game on sale, but would probably pay full price for it.

Early Access Review
You can fart in this game. What's more to say? You may think that's a useless feature, but you won't think twice when playing it. (That's why I nominated it for the Steam Awards 2017)

This game has a good premise. It takes the mystery of Trouble in Terrorist Town and the RPG style of Town of Salem, but this Steam version of Trouble in The Manor poorly delivers the atmospheric mystery experience it tries to offer.

For starters, almost no one plays this game, so good luck trying to go as far as attempt to immerse yourself in the world of TITM.

Secondly, the gunplay in this game is a joke. You cannot manually aim; you have to be facing the person (in either of the 4 directions you are allowed to face), pull out your gun by clicking, and shoot again by clicking (your mouse position does not matter; only where your character is facing does). Also, if you move, you instantly put your gun away. This means you cannot run and gun; you have to stand and gun.

The content in this game has potential, but it's ironic how the free Gamejolt version offers more content (even a single player wave shooter) than this $0.99 game. You can be either the innocent, murderer, bloodhound, or a vampire (by being a murderer and using the coffin in the basement). All these roles have their own unique weapons, but it's hard to enjoy when not enough people are on to be able to play as some of the roles.

The only way I would change my view on this game is if they fixed the following problems I have mentioned; fix the aiming system so it's not a "who can stand in the doorway, shoot the fastest and run away" type of a game, become more popular so servers get populated, be able to run and gun with the aiming system to promote better gunplay, and perhaps even add a radar or something so the murderer can see where everyone is. Even while playing with friends, these problems can be quite noticable and frusterating.

That said, I am sorry to say that I will be refunding this game. This title deserves to be in early access so the devs can work on this game and polish it a bit more. I understand this is a $0.99 game, but it still needs to be playable and enjoyable in a sense where it's not who can shoot the fastest and win a gunfight while standing still. That alone made me want to refund this game. This game takes no skill. Button mashing the LMB is all that's needed.

EDIT: The developer(s?) are working on a new update for this game, in which I will be keeping an eye on and will update my review to + if it fixes the issues I've stated. By the way, this indie game developer seems like an honest person, which is a lot more than I can say for other developers. I'm excited to see this game live up to its potential, and for that reason I bought the game while it was on sale. I thought I'd compromise a bit.
