-under armor lvl 25 you start in easy lobbies whereas veteran players can just equip bad armor and play beginner lobbies and easily kill all beginning players (If you die your character loses everyting..)
-above lvl 25 are normal lobbies so if you are new to the game just got armor lvl 26 you can get matched against better players with more gamesense and armor lvl 150+ (If you die your character loses everyting..)
How did the devs think this would be fine for the playerbase?!??!
