If you are a fan of the Kingdom series, I recommend being content the other DLCs. If you are new to the series, I warmly recommend playing the other parts of Kingdom Two Crowns before you let this game spoil your idea of the series.

Even though this game comes with a load of different features compared to the original series, they are all generally the same idea as in the original game. There are new mounts in this game and different mechanics for achieving some of the same functionalities as in the last game (e.g. bus stop instead of mount hermit), but the game is too similar to the original game to merit the more than 1 year time between announcement and launch. Moreover, the community has been very vocal about requesting new challanges to the games - but in this version it is easier than ever to beat the game. Considering the game being limited to a very light weight story mode with what I honestly feel is a very cliche plot, the replay value is unfortunately also very low.
