The developer Creative Assembly recently released a patch that breaks the game and seemingly refuse to fix many other existing bugs as well. In addition they will soon release yet another DLC despite all these problems. Not only is the customer treated terribly by this behavior but it also mars what should be the capstone of a trilogy of games.

Also, don't forget that this company chased a trend with their game Hyenas that failed so hard Sega wouldn't even let them release it while their main customer base is treated in a secondary fashion.

I can only recommend this or any other game in this trilogy if there's a massive sale, and even then keep in mind you'll be treated poorly.

Fantastic remake of the original game from 1997. This isn't a 1 to 1 remaster, but rather Cyan decided to go full 3D and include a decent VR mode as well. Additionally they decided to replace or reconfigure puzzles so even for old fans there will be surprises. Also randomization is built in so there is replay value.

Difficult puzzle game especially if you haven't tried anything in the Myst series before. It is ok to look for hints, I know I did.

Some tips: Use ingame screenshots for note taking (press X on keyboard), and if you're on keyboard pressing R will bring the most recent inventory item back to your hands. I wish I knew that during my first playthrough.

Its like Grim Dawn but better. More complex than standard Diablo but not overloaded with dozens of systems like Path of Exile. Its also hard to argue with the price.

Doesn't treat you like a ♥♥♥♥♥ as in other games. Better not be a ♥♥♥♥♥ if you want to play with any semblance of success. 8/10 if you're a competent gamer, probably 0/10 if you're a ♥♥♥♥♥.

A fun roguelike that has hours and hours of replay value, expect to die and curse a lot when you're new. Also has an online chat feature built into the game that makes for an interesting interactive experience. Has plenty of achievements, server events, and other features.

An RPG that doesn't treat you like a baby. You can (and will) get killed even by weak enemies if you let your guard down. Difficulty can be frustrating, but it is very satisfying when overcome. If you do get the game, use dsfix to fix the internal resolution for the graphics and mousefix if you don't have a 360 controller. I give it a 9 out of 10 despite the soul numbing difficulty because the challenge comes from learning and using tactics and skill rather than gear checks.
