I've spent thousands of hours in Championship Manager, and later on Football Manager series over the last two decades, and now after 50+ hours of agony in this latest release, I thought I write some unforgettable moments in this masterpiece of garbage.

Positives:

- The game looks nicer when in a match.
- The possibility to choose separate formations/tactics for in possession and out of possession. (Doesn't mean it works properly, but it's still a nice thing to have.)

- That's it.

Negatives:

- The UI is an absolute mess, worst user experience in like 20 years of any game I have played. Whoever designed this should be banned for life from designing anything.

- The UI scaling is horrible. You can't even select the font size or scaling manually from the settings.
It lags, and while it loads information it literally looks like players or whatever information the screen is going to show loads up like a wave and whole UI is scaling again for the information that wasn't loaded, when you clicked the tab.

- The back button almost never takes you back to where you were, or definitely not to the same tab you had previously opened.

- You can't drag and drop anything in the training calendar.
- A lot of information that were available in older version in many places have been removed.
- Also most of the statistics and analytics have been removed, or at least I haven't been able to find them thru the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ UI.

- AI decisions during a match. Your team might have a throw-in, and two of your players near the ball, but what does the AI with the ball do? -Throw it between the two of your players, straight to the opposition who is further back than two of your guys and they score from the counter-attack.

- When doing contract renewals, players who are basically backup's want to be important players with triple wages compared to their current contract.

- I'm sure I'm forgetting a lot of things to add to this category...

Then, some nice "features" that I remember right now:

- All buttons, except for toggle button for subs become unresponsive in the match, so you can't make any subs or even get out of the match at the end. Only way out is Alt+F4, so you have to play the match again.

- Sometimes when making a sub, the game subs completely different player out than what you chose in the tactics menu, or completely different player goes on the pitch than what the game showed you when you accepted it. Sometimes your five subs become four, or it won't allow you to sub the last one after you've done 3/5 subs on your first stoppage, then one sub on the second stoppage and then, when you still should have one of each left, the game won't allow you to use it, but instead will show 0/5 subs remaining.

- I can't even imagine what kind of ♥♥♥♥ show the FM25 would've been if this is the edition one year later.

- This was clearly designed to be played on a tabler, and it takes a lot of effort to try and do anything except press continue. I guess that's what they want from the current TikTok brains, just press continue and keep on drooling on the keyboard. If you try to play this game the way you have played previous editions, oh boy, you're in for a rough ride.

- Save your money and just stick to FM24. I totally regret buying this.
