As an owner of 2 Xbox 360 controllers, I bought a steam controller.

Why? Because it is different, not bad.

It's versitie, it works on every single game. I was even able to do my graphic design midterm this semester with the controller. The only thing it lacks is competitive fps support, which I prefer a keyboard and mouse, and a desk anyway.

Great for casual FPS / RPG (Borderlands}, great for console ports, great for emulation.

Bad for competitive FPS, because you're going to need a keyboard and mouse anyway.

Global: Sim City
