Dunno what a Cirno is but gah dang can she lift a boulder!

Fun little collectathon platformer, easy to beat in one sitting. Also has collectible frogs. Very nice.

This is a very good game if you have a friend group to play it with or if you're curious about games like EVE Online.

Ended up getting into it because a streamer talked about it, joined their regiment and helped with supply runs to help make tanks. Normally it's just driving trucks/trains between resource centers and the base, but knowing I was helping both our regiment and our faction move closer to victory made it more rewarding than something like European Truck Simulator. Sometime there's major operations that are real fun to get in on, but they can drag on for a while. You can also run frontline combat where it plays like a top-down tactical combat game, but anything outside of your starting kit needs to be produced by the players.

There's 3 shards at time of writing (two of which are active), Able's the larger and more involved server while Charlie (where I play) is more laid-back and casual. Haven't played able, but it's nice there's different shards for different levels of involvement.

I'd say 9/10. It's fun, definitely enhanced because I had some sense of community going in. It's rewarding, every action is player driven, and I got to help launch a nuke leaving the opposition in shambles. Not an experience for everyone, but a darn good experience that you won't find in many other games.

Pretty solid entry in the vein of Risk of Rain 2 and Vampire Survivors, there's the auto-attacking and bonkers builds tied with
a lot of item/shrine seeking. Game feels a little unfair at first but I put in about 20 runs and managed to obliterate Bark Vader with a flaming monkey (which ended up being highly appropriate). There's also a lot of Gen Z/Alpha humor in here (chads, sigma, vibes, etc.) but I think that's secondary to the gameplay. I don't think it's the best, but it's a strong game worth a look if you like shooting a bajillion projectiles everywhere.

Not only does this game have roguelite elements, lots of cute characters with interesting IRL lore, and aspects of a training/management sim, but it pulls off a feat I never thought any game could do:

Secretly make people enjoy watching middle-distance track races

9/10 would let Golshi dropkick me again.

If Earth did get invaded by giant aliens and there weren't entire platoons yelling "Sir, Yes Sir" at a Vtuber, I'd be surprised and a little disappointed.

A short, fun, little incremental game. I'm usually not that big into these, but the digging gameplay felt satisfying and the prestige loops are much shorter than most incrementals I've played. It's also pretty obvious when you'll have to prestige vs. pressing on for more benefit. Took me a couple hours to beat but I was so hooked it flew by. Definitely recommend if you've got 3 bucks and an afternoon to spare.

Early Access Review
This game is awesome. It's got fluid movement, nice combat, and really scratches that itch I haven't felt since playing PSO on Ephinea back in high school. It's still in beta and only has a few dungeons/areas, but it's got a strong foundation and can only go up from here imo. This game's well worth the 10 bucks and I can't wait to see where it goes.

Plus, I haven't found another game where you can turn a caked-up shortstack furry into a flying buzzsaw of death wearing a wizard hat and bunny suit. 10/10.

This game is real simple and real fun. You fish, chat, make animal noises, show off your fish from across the map, and punch people into the water.

That said, I can't give it a full-hearted recommendation because it's still rough around the edges. There's plenty of performance problems and times where the host goes down and people just trickle out one by one. I haven't had issues myself but my beefy rig shouldn't be the benchmark for this game's performance.

The other glaring issue imo is lobby security. Yes, it's a social game and I've had great times in the lobbies I've been to. That said, all someone on your friends list has to do to join your lobby is click on "Join Game" and they're in, regardless of if they have the lobby code. I don't think that's desirable behavior for most players.

TLDR: Great, fun game but needs some performance and social polish considering it's sudden popularity. I recommend it, but if you want to restrict your lobby to a certain group of folks then make sure everyone in there appears as offline before starting a code-protected lobby.

Fun little piece of history, never thought I'd get to beat a game that's 60 years old.

If you want to win the base game just keep feeding your guys 8000-9000 grain every report and plant about 4000-5000. If times are tough you can drop the food to 7000 and they'll just yell a little. Rinse and repeat for your 10-year reign
