It's not "suggestions support" - you post suggestion or feedback on RL Subreddit and other people (maybe Psyonix as well - which I doubt tho) can comment,upvote,etc.

Hey, i think im experiencing a similar crashing error that you had on rocket league that im encountering. I was wanting to ask if you remembered how you fixed it. or if you did. I've been trying for months. sometimes i think i fixed it but then a few days later if just crashes again. ntt11.ll and d3d11.ll file not found. KernelBase. all that. If you had any insight I'd be soooooooooooooo gratefull. Thank you! -Dilon
