There is much that could be said as part of a review, and MUCH to criticize from technical and gameplay standpoints. Were I to take an objective stance, I could list off much that I was disappointed about when it comes to what we could have gotten...

But I can't. I can't be objective about this... this experience. This pure, unadulterated dive into not just a most gorgeous piece of narrative art... A dive into the depths of my own soul too, really. A lot of Senua's journey has reflections from my own, and I recently realized that I had played the first game before I really had the "chance" to truly face my own inner darkness. So, much as the first game had the psychological narrative down pat, this time around was.. something else. I am blessed to be around to have experienced this.

Hellblade II: Senua's Saga is certainly not going to be the best game you will play. But by the Gods, it might well be the most beautiful, in its rather ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up way.

Tiny little corner of goodness, in a world where all the videogames queue up to eat all your damn time. Nothing super special, but I found a lot of fun and curiosity in this neat little adventure; I'm quite sure Homestuck fans will enjoy the ton of references more than I have, but I still had a good laugh out of them. Certainly looking forward to Act 2!

I have only bought it on steam (after sadly losing my disk) last year. However, with all honesty I will say that, despite having >400 games on steam and ~200 games I seriously wanna play on backlog, this is the game I come back to annually. This is the game I've played maybe 15-20 times in 5 years and I don't regret a minute of it. It's epic. Epic as epic can be. Get it. Be immersed.

And most importantly; definitely give the Dark Side playthrough a go. You will NOT regret it.

They say Cuphead is the new Dark Souls of platformers.
After playing NG in Dark Souls and Regular on Cuphead...

Cuphead is a 100 times harder than this. Sue me to all hell.

(Review may be updated after a potential butt ravaging at NG+'s)

(Seriously tho, get this game if you haven't. First 12 hours is torture but for the rest, you'll devote your entire life to GIT GUD)

The one thing that can be said about Cuphead is that it's a 'beautiful' game. Yes, it is beautiful in its visuals, gameplay, character/boss/level design and else, but its beauty, I felt, reaches beyond a mere composition of its elements. The game is definitely challenging and will leave your hands sweaty and aching after most bosses, but (with the exception of a couple bosses perhaps) it is not THAT hard to the point it will keep you down and frustrated. Rather than an overbearing sense of challenge and difficulty branded across it, what Cuphead does is tease you very, very thoroughly with every stage of a level, so that the true goal becomes 'figuring out' all the challenges it throws at you and beating a boss is just a very tasty cherry at the top. Ultimately, I found Cuphead to be the kind of treat that isn't meant to be a super-frustrating challenge, at the end of which comes an unearthly relief and satisfaction, but rather a cherishing and refreshing experience that reminds you that YOU can get better at challenges you encounter, as long as you throw your head at it enough times.

A list of pros/cons would make such a piece of heart huge injustice. Therefore, my only con is that in some levels, some elements on the screen and especially FOREGROUND elements (looking at you, damn Junkyard Robot) can be highly distracting and will definitely frustrate any player with the slightest of attention deficit problem. Otherwise, 10/10 genuinely.

**SPOILER ALERT**

>Start as an honorable fatebinder of Tunon, Archon of Justice, and venerable servant to Great Overlord Kyros
>Participate in war against a rebel faction, do your damnedest to follow Tunon's will
>Side with Archon of War cuz Nerat is an honorless scum, and such scum have no place in Kyros' holy rule
>War against Nerat too cuz he's being more of a bastard
>During these two wars, break so many Edicts of Kyros by resolving issues because you just wanna follow his will and distribute his justice and honorable rule to all Kalra- Terratus
>Because you broke so many Edicts and unlocked so many spires (because, of course, RPG curiosity in Kyros' name) you gain the power to issue your own world-destroying edicts
>Tunon invites you to judge you for becoming so OP, and you go in there, VERY determined to prove you're 100% Kyros' man.
>>Tunon bends to your will
>>Graven Ashe and his army bind to your will
>>You're suddenly proclaimed the new Overlord by them and pushed into a war for rule against Kyros

10/10 would be a rebel leader by mistake again.

Okay, I sat down to write a steam review for this incredible game that has embedded its emotional meaning so deeply in my heart. And that is also why that I refrain from my idea about elaborately explaining what makes the game good and bad design-wise and list pros and cons.

For non-witcher rpg fans; this game is simply one of the best open-world rpgs you can ever hope to have and despite its minor problems and a gameplay that overall I did not like too much (perhaps because I rigorously compared it to Witcher 2 whose combat I'm in love with) this game is a must get; 9.8/10.

For Witcher fans who haven't had the time to play this game: Just stop writing my review RIGHT NOW and get the game. Don't spend the next 20 or so seconds reading my review; so you can play this game 20 seconds earlier. Play this game- no, BE ENGULFED by this game. LIVE this game. F*****G LIVE IT! This is the game, lads and ladies (and any other sentient beings). This is it. The made it; CD Projekt Red has finally solved the ancient secrets of arts and quantum physics to create perfection in a laboratory. This game is materialised perfection. Most games inject emotions into your heart; some ram it in; THIS GAME TRANSFORMS YOUR BLOOD, BONES AND TISSUE INTO PURIFIED EMOTION. Dear Witcher book fans; I especially call to you. Even if you are non-gamers- no, even if you are a 90 year old person who has never touched a console or PC before but genuinely love the book series and especially Cirilla Fiona Elen Riannon, stop now, begin saving so that you can buy a PS4/XBOX ONE, or gaming PC if you can afford, just for this game. This game is worth it. This story is worth a blood sacrifice for a Witcher fan and ESPECIALLY A WITCHER BOOK SERIES FAN.

Score for Witcher fans? ∞ . You can't numerize infinity.

All gamers out there who have some kind of access to gaming media have most probably heard of a videogame that stormed 2015 year of videogames and is argued to be the best rpg ever: The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. What most people probably haven't heard of is its predecessor; which is, while incomparably smaller in scale, brings about atmosphere, plot, storytelling, intrigue and gameplay as good as its sequel if not better; The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings. While this brilliant game conveys much less emotion than its much-renowned sequel, it weaves together brilliantly crafted pieces to form a great scenario, where every element of the main story and so much of the sidequests will bring about critical questions to your mind and that (blessful in gaming) feeling that you can't comprehend what will happen next, but you can recognise the paths leading up to them. Gameplaywise; while the combat feels initially awkward and even outright clunky, after a bit of getting used to it feels just perfect for a witcher; while it is less dynamic than Witcher 3 you feel much more in control and more powerful, the way a witcher should be. The atmosphere is less ambitious but brilliantly designed in Witcher 2; you won't find nearly as much captivating scenery as you do in Witcher 3 but this game was designed to be more dark, gritty and political and it conveys the dark, gritty and political so well, with a refreshing touch of deep emotion here and there. Overall; while this game obviously lacks the scale, ambition and power of its sequel, it is doubtlessly of highest quality and I consider it to be one of the best rpg games to be made hands down.

10/10 without an inch of doubt :)

There is a reason that so many consider this game to be the best video game the world has seen; and Deus Ex duly delivers. I do not need to go into depth with that reason here; so many reviewers have listed every single reason which makes this adventure of JC awesome spot on. From the story that builds up a delightful web of intigue, conspiracy, secrets and spectacle long-lasting in the mind, to the awesome setting that ranges from the perfectly designed enviroments to the exceptional music, this game is one fine adventure that is guaranteed to leave a delightful taste on your gaming tongue, even with its relatively small flaws that are brought by its age. While this game would not take the top spot in my personal list of games (it is reserved for one particular wolf with white hair :P ) It easily makes it to the top 5, and I thoroughly understand the reason why Deus Ex still manages to hold this holy place in the minds of many players, veteran and younger (like me) alike. Doubtlessly >95/100.
