Classic point and click with some time travel and humor. Few nice twists in the plot too! My only real gripe is some parts of the game are missing english text, but it was only in a few spots, not a deal breaker at all!

Wow. Just wow. This one blew my mind. You’re basically The Thing going on a rampage. I haven’t had this much fun in years!

I wasn't sure I was into turn based RPGs right now, but after all the hype, I couldn't resist and grabbed it. No micro transactions? No day 1 paid DLC? No toxic online communities? Strong story, seemingly endless gameplay, excellent graphics, engaging characters, great battle system, etc....? Snap, why don't they make games like this anymore?!?! Man, this is a great game. This is gonna be another Oblivion or Skyrim for me - endless hours trying classes and characters and story paths. RECOMENDED!

Game continues to excite update after update. I still wish you could have flood gates that you could build on top of, pipes or tunnels, and performance can get a bit choppy on very big cities, but hey, it's a work in progress! I pick this game up every few months to explore the new stuff, and get lost in it every time. Looking forward to what comes next!

BBS was before my time, but I grew up in the Hotline scene on a 28.8. This game really brings it all back - geez I miss those days sometimes!

Man this brought me back. The game was surprisingly long (in a good way) and had great puzzles and humor. Its everything I loved about maniac mansion and had lots of great references. I'm sad it's over :(

I've never rage-quit and come back to a game so many times. This game is brutal at normal+ difficulties. That said, it's so well done, that it keeps me coming back over and over. If you get tired of games going so casual that you don't need to think anymore, then this is a game for you. The lower difficulty settings are very approachable if you don't want to be punched in the face, but when there is real risk of dying horribly and having to start a level over... man, it really makes it fun.

I'm really cautious about buying alphas, but a friend recommended this to me. There is PLENTY to do in the game, even at this early stage of development. There is lots of tech to research, a large galaxy to explore, and just the right balance of automation vs micromanagement to keep it fun without it feeling either too on rails (the sims) or too complex (dwarf fortress). Love the music!

Really looking forward to watching this game evolve!

This is the ultimate micro-management, producer-consumer, tech tree, dependency management, automation optimization sim with a great sci-fi flavor. It starts simple and ends up with you in a giant machine of your making, fending off hordes of alien creatures while you tweak your megalithic factory to get you back into space stat. No game has ever had such an exhaustive dependency and resource stack combined in such an additive way before. Better yet, the devs have been pumping out updates for years, continually making the whole experience more fun, with better graphics, improving the tutorials, UIs, scenarios, etc.. Many, this game just keeps on giving!

Pure crack. I never get tire of this game, I just start it over and over with new ideas and plans.

Pros:
- Micromanagement galore
- Great art style and animation
- There are literally hundreds of hours of things to do in this game

Cons:
- This game should really be called "Plenty of Heat Included" or "Heat Management: The Game". There are very few ways to effectively "delete heat" and so every game devolves into heat death eventually without very careful planning and understanding of it. I guess this is realistic, but it's a constant issue!
