Ingredientes:
-2 tazas de lentejas
-1 chorizo colorado
-150 g de panceta
-1 cebolla grande
-2 dientes de ajo
-1 pimiento rojo
-1 lata de tomate triturado
-1 litro de caldo
-2 hojas de laurel
-Sal y pimienta
-Aceite de oliva
Pasos:
-En una olla con aceite, dorá cebolla, ajo y pimiento.
-Agregá chorizo y panceta; cociná unos minutos.
-Sumá las lentejas escurridas y mezclá bien.
-Añadí el tomate, el caldo, laurel, sal y pimienta.
-Llevá a ebullición, bajá el fuego y cociná tapado 1 h 30 min.
-Rectificá sazón y serví caliente.
