D4 and POE make love and this game came to life.

Server issues at launch for online play have been brutal on the reviews. The reality is that the majority of the time i've had to play I have had either no issues or somewhat long load times. Today is the first day I have truly encountered log-in issues, and I am now making an offline character to play for when it gets bad and to try something new.

This game has a lot of promise, but as of right now if you are coming from PoE you will miss the depth of the endgame. Devs have stated that endgame is a core to their plans for patch 1.1 and if they continue to deliver the quality we have seen it will be a good competitor to PoE. As of right now however, play it for 50-100 hours and either make a new toon or come back later.

The gameplay itself is fun, however the the developer AGS is simply ill-equipped to handle a game of the scope, leading to critical bugs and horrible optimization that as of writing still has not been fully fixed years after release. Do not expect this to be an MMO you sink thousands of hours into, it simply does not have the content available unless you are into the risk-like PvP battles between clans and factions.
