Pretty good

After around 500 hours of the game I can say that I can safely review the game. Let's start with the advantages of the game.

Advantages:
- A lot of replayability
- High skill ceiling, it takes time to master the game. But it's worth the hours you put into the game.
- Very intense moments, that feeling when you are 4 to 4 and clutch a 1v1 is always amazing to feel.
- Diverse group of operators, many operators to choose from, you can't go wrong. The operators feel balanced.
- Everything is available from the start, you can unlock almost everything with renown. The only thing you need to pay money for is skins.
- Gameplay is very diverse, you never have the same situation in a game. And after 500 hours, I still am learning new things every time I play.
- Devs are constantly pumping out new content, giving life to the game and work very hard to always make the game seem new.
- Aesthetically pleasing, skins are always amazing to use and maps are well thought out.
- Roadmaps for the whole year, so you know exactly what you are getting with the season pass and what the devs plan to do in the future.

Disadvantages:
- Game is buggy. There are many problems with the game and it seems that the devs only use band-aid patches to fix the game.
- A lot of client side and serverside bugs, for example the blitz shield bug that is ocurring at the moment.
- The devs seem to lock a lot of the DLC skins behind pay walls, for example the outbreak skin collection was only available by buying R6 credits, and it totalled to 100$.
- Everything is free, however you will need to grind a LOT in order to unlock operators and such.
- The game has taken a lot of work to fix toxicity in the game. However I still see that my teammates are capable of ruining games and abusing their teammates without any repurcussions as long as they don't say certain hate - related words in chat.
- Smurfing is still very abundant, and it ruins a lot of the game for the lower elo players (I was plat 2 and still saw many smurfs.)


So all in all, do I recommend this game? Yes I do. Even though there are bugs, just like every game, it is still great. The toxicity is common, but as all video games with a competetive environment, there isn't much the devs can do. There will always be a way around what the devs put out, until they ban people's freedom of speech. The game has a very promising future, as it can only go up from where it was before. Especially since it's on sale and you like shooters like CS:GO with elements of Call of Duty, MOBAs, and Battlefield. Where can you go wrong really? If the devs keep doing what they're doing then the game will get better, and it is one of a few AAA games where the devs actively communicate with the players. I would rate this game 8 - 8.5 Ash Hitboxes out of 10 (8 -8.5/10).
