Inside "C:\Users\[Username]\Documents\Neverwinter Nights\override"
Should be a file called "personal_switch.2da.
Open it in notepad or notepad++
There's a string in it called "PRC_PNP_REST_LIMIT int -2"
change -2 to 0 for no restrictions.
