What fools... how I pity them. And yes by the way, I DO have a minecraft tattoo. And no, you cannot see it. It's for the ladies' eyes only- And even they have to demonstrate that they're within 5 IQ points of my own (preferably lower) beforehand.

To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to play minecraft. The skill required is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of the mouse most of the gameplay will go over a typical player's head. There's also minecraft's sadistic outlook, which is deftly woven into the game - minecraft draws heavily from the tears of salty children, for instance. The veterans understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depths of the game, to realize that it's not just skill- they say something deep about LIFE. As a consequence people who dislike minecraft truly ARE idiots- of course they wouldn't appreciate, for instance, the humour in minecraft's existencial splash text "Music by C418!" which itself is a cryptic reference to C418's minecraft background music. I'm smirking right now just imagining one of those addlepated simpletons scratching their heads in confusion as Markus Persson's genius unfolds itself on their television screens.
