When I've gone a while without playing Dark Souls, and I feel the itch coming on, I keep coming back to this and attempting to enjoy it on its own merits. I usually end up playing it for 4-5 hours, before I notice myself getting more and more mad at the game, for not being Dark Souls, and then realising that I am not having a good time.

It emulates DS, but lacks a big piece of the puzzle. Combat moves are too clunky and flashy, and feels slow and unresponsive. Animations as well as the visual designs are frustratingly overdesigned. If DS and DS2 are ballet dancing, LotF is modern interpretive dance - attempting the same grace, but lacking a fundamental core ruleset, on which to balance everything.

Just play Dark Souls again. I know nothing about dancing by the way.

Its a unnessesarily streamlined Katamari clone without the production values or charm of the ps2 original. This feels more like a cash grap than an attempt to emulate. I dont know what I expected.

Simple mechanics, but funk me if they aren't fun to play around with. Short storymode, neat music.

Not a game for white people. It's simply to balla for whitey. Unicorns ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, that's gansta.

Greatest GOTY of the year. 9/10 Would play again, already did. Only problem is having to be a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ cop, but hey, at least you get to be a dirty one. You kick civilians in the face with your kung fu, put people into trunks, and of course use your yellow rice magic to slow down time and freak fat people the ♥♥♥♥ out.

Probably the most balla game on steam. You break into private property, beat up ♥♥♥♥♥♥ with your magic, and then sell their ♥♥♥♥ to the community. All to pay off yo daddy's debt. That ♥♥♥♥ is REAL ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

Pretty ♥♥♥♥ minecraft clone, didnt even have a button to start the game, only for settings and credits and gay ♥♥♥♥ like that. 9/10

Plays like a single player mmo. Pretty ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥. I am appalled and disgusted. 0/10
