Crashlands 1 was one of, if not my favorite games of all time. I played it a ton when I was a kid and it got me through some tough times. Crashlands 2 takes everything that made the original great like its silly little world and story, deep yet intuitive combat system, and amazing humor, and make them even more amazing, along with a brand-new BEAUTIFUL art style, animations and VFX to boot. BScotch is an INCREDIBLE team of devs who have made an absolute MASTERPIECE that is WORTH EVERY PENNY!

Helldivers 2 is a co-op shooter you can play with your friends. The immerse world and story of Super Earth lets you and your friends get really invested and in-character when you play, making the game memorable and entertaining to play and to watch in the same way as something like Lethal Company. If you like shooting giant bugs with your friends, or shooting your friends with your friends, Helldivers 2 is sure to be a lot of fun.

Microtransactions that aren't even micro anymore; ridiculously pay-to-win; horrible developers; cheaters, racists, and homophobes everywhere. You're better off giving your money to Blizzard, and that's saying a lot. The game was fun several years ago, don't bother anymore.

Ridiculous amount of money spent

TLDR: Gameplay ok, everything else horrible

I've given this game a lot of shade in the past but the game itself, at its core, is a very good and genuinely enjoyable shooter and BR. The TTK is very high compared to many other shooters, and the Legend abilities and weapon design feel great and encourages teamwork. The map design is beautiful, and I love the deep and expansive story behind the characters and the universe. One of the few shooters with great neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ representation with some of the Legends. Unfortunately, that is where the positives of this game end. The servers are some of the worst around, with frequent tick-rate and latency problems. As is normal with any F2P game, the microtransactions and monetization are so greedy that there is less and less content in the updates as the tyrannical demands from EA result in more and more needless monetizing. The community is toxic and hateful, and the reporting system in the game more than often sides with the hateful people. Last major thing, cheaters are rampant, most notably at high-level ranked. The anti-cheat system is laughably horrible as it currently stands. I really hope the devs at Respawn can figure out a good anti-cheat soon enough. I don't recommend spending any money on the game and feeding the corporate monster that is EA, but if you are able to put the negatives aside, the game is genuinely fun, especially if you're playing with friends.

This game has (almost) all of the great features the base game Terraria has, plus has access to thousands of community made mods, some add several more hours of playtime, others add useful quality of life changes, but there's something there for everyone. It also comes bundled with Terraria.

Titanfall 2 is a unique take on the first-person-shooter genre. It has extreme movement potential with double jumping and wall running. It has fun and unique weapons each with different play styles. You also have giant mechs called "Titans" that you can control, which really make the game what it is. It has a very fun and immersive campaign, although very short. You are a rifleman named Jack Cooper, whose mentor dies and his Titan named BT-7274 is assigned to you. It also features extremely minimal amounts of microtransactions for an EA game, and they provide no benefit to the user. The only disadvantage to this game I can think of is the small player base, but they are very dedicated players. Definitely give it a try.

Terraria is a great survival/sandbox game with loads of unique content and replayability with multiple friends. Since 2011, this game has received free updates that have brought the total item count from 200 to over 5000. And on top of that, it is only about 400MB and does not need a powerful computer to run effectively. It also has a very low price tag for so much that you can do (I have over 1600hrs on pc alone). Definitely give it a try, chances are you will not regret it.
