It wears its Disco Elysium inspiration on its sleeve. But that's okay. It's less of a carbon copy but more of a remix.

This game is beautiful (In an esoteric sense).

Give it a shot. If you have played Disco or not, this can stand on its own.

Early Access Review
The same, but more stuff on top. If it ain't broke don't fix it. Amazing game worth sinking hundreds of hours into. Props to Megacrit for being a pioneer of the deckbuilding rogue-like and getting it right the first time.

This game is a gem and a steal at this price point. Really chill survivors style grind and awesome breakcore/dnb music to listen to with a ps1 demo disc aesthetic. Hope the dev can add more as dlc or patches, would definitely support. Get this if you like twinstick shooters, survivors type games, break beat music at a high bpm, or miss demo discs that you get from gaming magazines.

It's like a side scrolling multi-player Hades. Lots of fun and lots of replayability. You can feel the love the devs have for the game oozing out of every frame.

I love this game but it's very different from any other CRPG. Mainly character build depth - it can get confusing but honestly just doing level 20 in one class is a very viable build - even going with their recommended options. If you're into systems or are already familiar enough with Pathfinder - it's a powergaming fantasy.

I recommend you tune the difficulty to your liking - you can change it at any time. Even change individual settings. My personal feelings: normal might be too hard for an absolute beginner - I do recommend you turn off auto leveling if you want to familiarize yourself with the system.

The only gripe I have is the crusade mode 'mini' game. Thankfully it's optional and I recommend you turn it off if you're not into it.

Everything else - this game is S tier. If you're coming from BG3 there's a turned based mode but I recommend you keep it off for most fights & turn it on when you want to have precise decisions or during big/boss battles.

Easily one of the best RPG stories ever told. On par with FF14 Shadowbringers.

Wow this expansion is really good. The new party member is easy to use if a bit overpowered. The story is great (so far) and weaves seamlessly into the main campaign.
