Ladies and Gentlemen, I have been fortunate, very fortunate to have lived a successful and fulfilling life. You know that. A life industry, business, wealth...just essentials, essential stuff. And I’ve observed, closely observed with my very successful eyes – I have some of the best eyes, believe me – that a very significant, very, very significant factor destroying the lives and future of our fantastic youth today is these...what do you call them...video games!

I’ll tell you something about these video games, these computer game thing-a-majigs. They're a total disaster, folks, an absolute catastrophe! It's like China's eating our lunch and these video games are eating our children’s future...our future. And I know, I’ve heard – smart people, very smart people, some of the smartest people, they're telling me about this.

Have you ever seen one of these things? The violence, the noise, the total, absolute lack of any connection to reality? It's mind boggling. Mind boggling. I have tremendous concern for our young people who are brought up to believe that they're accomplishing something by sitting in front of some screen, pushing buttons with weird and unhealthy creatures jumping around shooting at things.

You know, I’ve built skyscrapers, not fictional worlds in a screen. Real things that people can see, touch, live in. That’s accomplishment, that’s success. That’s reality. Not some fantasy about being a soldier or a race car driver or a…what do they have now, wizards? They need to get off the couch, put down the controller, and do something. Put up a wall. Sell something, anything, heck, even a hotdog stand. That’s reality. That’s life.

What you learn from video games, can you tell me? Do they teach you how to negotiate? The art of the deal? Do they teach you how to build successful businesses that employ thousands of people? Do they show you how to compete, really compete in the fierce world of business? I don't think so! They just rot your brains, energy, time...everything. Time that could, should be spent learning, studying, working, investing in your future!

And who's making these video games? Mostly other counties. China, Japan...They're winning. Our kids are playing their video games, getting addicted, getting out of shape, staying in their parents' basements instead of creating, innovating, leading! We are letting them win over the reigns of the world and we are too absorbed in our screens to notice. Think about it, folks!

We need to shift our focus from these pointless pixels to the bigger picture. The future of this great nation lies in the hands of our youth. Their energy, their intelligence, their potential...all of that should not be wasted playing make-believe virtual games on screens.

We need to bring back jobs, opportunities, we need to improve our education system, we need to provide them with real life skills... real life opportunities. This is how we make America greater! Not by living in an illusionary video game world.

My advice? If you love games so much, play the game of life. It’s much more exciting, doesn’t need any electricity, and the rewards are real. Don’t sacrifice your time, your brain, your youth for something so pointless!

Remember folks, it's all about winning. Winning in real life, full of real challenges and real rewards. Life is not a video game, and it’s high time we stopped treating it like one.
