A lot of fun! If you play blind your first time and then go at it again for achievement hunting it'll last quite a bit

If you're familiar with traditional fighting games you'll find a lot of the same concepts at play here
Following the fighting game comparison, you build your own moveset and can change the appearance of your character, so if you ever liked the idea of custom characters in fighting games but found it too janky or broken, this game was designed specifically around it, and is a lot of fun for it.
Story's very short and isn't even a proper introduction to the game really, it just kinda gatekeeps you from accesing specific online features, but hey, it's very easy and short, most people beat it in their first sitting or two
So yeah good game, buy it at a discount or something idk

I've played the original Persona 4 way back when, and I loved it.
This version I love even more.
A friend gave it to me as a birthday gift so I can't really say much, but it seems like a pretty ok price for such a great game.
Those 25 hours I currently have? Barely got past the start of the story, it's a long game, very long, and not without some good characters, storyline, and over all great rpg mechanics.
If you wanna get into Persona, or the Shin Megami Tensei franchise, I'd say this is a pretty good starting point.

Got it for free on release, good game

The most direct controls in the best of ways, the only word with which I can describe the movement in this game is RAW, especially with a keyboard and mouse, and I wouldn't want it any other way.
Landing each hit is a satisfying experience every time, every swing, every shot, every thrust, if you do it right, you'll come out on top, and if you don't, you'll be punished accordingly, a true game of skill.
Honestly, this is a different kind of game from what we see commonly on the market today, many studios try to bring a profound and complex experience with breathtaking stories and revolutionary gameplay, CDitDZ on the other hand focuses on the arcade-like fun one has when the gameplay hits just right.
Overall, came in for the destruction system and the swordplay all the way back in the first versions, stayed for the fun story and the amazing additions, 10/10, one of my favorites.

I keep dying, good game tho.
