Great survival horror that isn't too long of a playthrough, but it makes its point very well. The twist of the game was genuinely interesting and I'd love to see it expanded on in a future installment of some kind. The secrets and extra items are all worth getting, but don't add much replay value beyond 2-3 more playthroughs. Solid 8/10.

This game RADIATES King's Field and it stays true to that all the way through. The combat was nice and fluid, as well as the magic system. It starts off slow, but better equipment quickly makes fights and area traversal much more enjoyable. The parry mechanic didn't interest me at first, but as the enemies and bosses got stronger it became much more worthwhile to use and was very entertaining. The secret areas and items were all worth getting, and the "powerups" made backtracking a breeze. It may not be a beautiful or well polished game in terms of looks, but the spirit and passion I felt from it was more than enough to keep me playing and go for 100% completion. 10/10 game!

A well polished RPG with MMO elements, engaging soundtrack, and a memorable art style. Constant updates keep mechanics and gameplay fresh. Very creative take on the genre that deserves more eyes and hands on!

Well paced horror game that keeps you on the edge of your chair and doesn't rely on jumpscares, but has moments that will catch you off guard. The world feels really fleshed out despite technically taking place in a single location and the use of alchemy as the guiding principle of the world around you only adds a further sense of historical realism. The one hand mechanic had somewhat of a learning curve, but in a way that made me want to become more proficient with it. Using the hand to interact with the environment was much more engaging than if I just had to press a button on my controller, and made the combat encounters a little more intense as well.
Overall, this is an extremely solid 10/10 game that is worth your time and will not disappoint.

This game makes no sense, yet is perfectly comprehensible. Visuals are the star of this game, and close behind is the music. It's a quick 2-3 hour game that rewards you insane ramblings and sick chords.
