This game is a lot of fun. I've seen a lot of people try the whole one-man-band developer thing before and not pull it off - myself included. But a lot of care and work has gone into this and Wayward really did a great job. It's fun, intuitive and creative. Sure it might not have the visual flair of a AAA platformer, but it's got the creativity behind it that makes you really enjoy playing it.

I love this game with all my heart. I was depressed after a major incident basically turned my life up side down and tbh it was Stardew that got me through it. Letting me take one day at a time.

A very good game that doesn't quite hold up to the predecessor of RE2's Remake. Unfortunately Nemesis seems to feature less in this story and while in the original version for PlayStation his events felt random and spontaneous, he was an ever present threat who chased you - like Mr. X in the RE2 Remake, here he feels pre-programmed to certain events.

The game generally speaking though is great, the controls are tighter than RE2, some parts feel fresh and the story has been re-written to be so much more competent than the original. Great job by Capcom, but I do wish they'd taken an extra year or few months to add more content to it and develop it.

It's a mix of Final Fantasy's epic adventure and party mechanics, The Sims' social development and management and Pokemon's combat. This makes for a very unique game which is a lot of fun to play, giving more depth to the game than just "fight" "town" "fight" "town" that many story driven RPGs fall into.

I will preface this by saying I played this game a good year before most people did, as I played it at a convention as a guest early last year, so I've seen it go through varying versions of development.

However, I will also say this game is some of the most fun I've had in years with friends. This Easter Sunday, three of us gathered round to play it and we spent 5 hours playing this game and it blew past quicker than you would believe.
There are many great games to play with a bunch of friends, Mario Party, Mario Kart, JackBox, even non-video games like Cards Against Humanity or Apples to Apples. This game will go down as one of those greats that you bust out at a party immediately.

I have a few issues personally, there's a limited number of mini-games and they're always in the same order, however given that this game was funded on a mere $40k through Kickstarter, it's acceptable and here's hoping there's some DLC in the future that can bolster the library a little, maybe with some online functionality - while it's great to have people in the room with you, I do wish it were easier than streaming on Twitch to get spectators involved at least.

Overall though, this is one of my favourite games of recent memory, I've had a whole lot of fun playing it and can't wait to bust it out over the next few years at parties or gatherings.

While a more visual interface would be nice and there is a certain "End Game" point, overall this is a lovely simulation game. The modding community is pretty alive too, which is nice to see. I'd personally like to see more content that allows you to to continue beyond the in-game limits of a country's max GDP or Population, setting them as a statistical value that can increase exponentially instead of as a meter.

Would recommend to people who like the world management of games like Sim City, Civilization but want to play actual "quick games" of. The interface is a little confusing at first but you adjust quickly.
