Game got me hooked pretty quickly despite my extreme lack of creativity.
Alot more fun with friends

One of my all time childhood favorites. Level design is very linear, and the story is pretty short, but gameplay makes up for it, making you want to replay it occasionally.
This game is forever in my heart and I can see myself firing it up here and there in the next few decades

There's nothing as epic as driving a police supercar through the rain blasting edge of the earth. Goosebumps and hard nipples guaranteed.
I have no idea why it's called a remaster tho, when there's literally no graphics improvement whatsoever. There's even a bunch of downgrades in details, according to several direct comparisons.

Born too early to explore the universe, but just in time to do it virtually

Too little content. We'd previously have an actual career with currency and unlockable cars. That's all gone now. All you can do is Practice or Quick Race in the free roam menu. Just choose whatever car you want and off you go.
Car selection is kinda.. meh for my taste. There's lots of sports cars, and very few normal cars you'd see in everyday traffic. But these are the only cars I wanna drive.

Clutch control is very awkward in this game. No matter how slowly I let go off the clutch, the car ALWAYS stalls. The only way I get moving is if I rev the engine, dump the clutch and drive the first 10 meters with screeching tires. (I can get 40 tons moving using only the clutch in Euro/American Truck Sim)

I'd also really like if you could choose what gearbox to drive on, automatic or manual. Because I really f**king hate automatics and wanna shift every car there is myself.
I bought the cars' RPM gauges included in the game so it's my decision when to shift.

Pretty neat improvement in graphics. Reason for me not recommending this just yet is the absence of text chat.
What the hell is this? A PC game without text chat is unacceptable. Some missions are ONLY possible with proper communication if you're playing with randoms. Nobody's ever gonna use that SMS feature as you suggested, so much more workaround just to send a little "follow me" or whatever.

Entering interiors in full lobbies is still a gamble; it works fine once or twice in a full lobby, but only if you're as lucky as someone winning the lottery 15 times over. Generally, you can forget about entering ANY interior while in a full public session.
This problem was a thing way back in 2016, and nobody bothered to even attempt fixing it.
