The game is a complete crash party. Try to delegate anything to staff, crash. Try to change tactic, crash. Try to change training, crash. The UI jumps all over the place, is anything but user friendly. It is recommended to try it with a controller and thats somhow even worse. I struggle to see them fix this with patches, its so bad they might as well start over again.
