I'm torn, on one hand it's better than 2K24 on console in almost every way possible. On the other hand PC doesn't have crossplay with console yet and it's still pretty P2W in the 2K common aspects. WNBA MyCareer if you just wanna ball without the worry for VC.

Very very very very buggy.
Half of everyone is cheating. Good luck escaping them.
VC needs to upgrade a character are very high. But to lessen the slap in the face, grind quests.

What needs to happen for 2k24:
-Anticheat. You can ban people for half-cheating in VC but not ban people for having a 99 overall as a 60 overall? I'd rather play the person who half-cheated in VC.
-Keyboard Controls. Can you fix the inputs? Some buttons just don't work.
-Graphics improvements. We need something comparable to other games. It doesn't feel very close to that.
-Next Generation Version. I know you think an older version works better because your poor graphics optimization forces some bad PCs to not play. But you're reducing sales & whales with an older version. Although I do prefer not running for 20 minutes to do a quest.

Save time and money and get Xbox game pass to play 2k games. Infinitely better experience and much higher security.

"Next gen" content when?

Removal of previously available vehicles from websites is something I do not support. Putting a couple under your freemode shops and a subscription service is a slap in the face. Something previously available should not become something you need to pay/wait indefinitely for. This is what changed my Yes to a No. I still recommend it to people, because GTA Online is one of the greatest games available, but I don't approve of this business practice.

I know by my current amount of hours it looks like I haven't played. But I did. Before it came to steam I was playing it when it was on it's own launcher. It was fun then. It took more skill and creativity to play the game instead of copying builds and tapping a button every 5 seconds. This game now takes no skill and the Robocraft developers won't change it back because it's basically impossible. They went this far and they can't go back because people would be mad, the ones that do still play. If you want to save this game Freejam make a classic version and do whatever you want in this current one. Classic being before all these updates that ruined it. If you do that I will keep this review here, unless the classic is in THIS game launcher.
