In the years of our Lord nigh unto the close of the twentieth century, the noble house of Honda, dwelling in the land of the rising sun, did bring forth a new carriage to serve the needs of growing kin and hearth. In the days of lean purse and humbled coin, they did craft a wondrous wagon—called the Odyssey—upon the stout frame of the Accord, with manners of the road most gentle and space within for many souls. In the year 1994, this humble yet clever chariot did first grace the world, wrought in the forges of Sayama. Yet lo, as the thirst for greater steeds did swell across the vast lands of the West, the Odyssey was reborn in grander form, hewn from steel and craft in the mills of Alabama, and thence became a favored vessel of clans across the realm.
