What I thought was the biggest disappointment about this game, was how much it was advertised as a space exploration game. While it definitely is a space exploration game, Actually very little exploration is to be had. The reason I say that is while you can fly planet to planet, the actual flight takes hours, which I actually believe is a cool mechanic! I believe it was spoiled though, and I say that because since there isnt a huge benefit from taking the hour(s) long flight. There isn't much in between planets/moons etc. And there is also not much once youre actually on the planet. And what that causes is the player to just use warp speed and jumps to each planet/moon/space station. So instead of true exploration and unknown wonder and being able to look around and see the beauty of passing galaxies, it is replaced by a tunnel vision simulator. And that really ruins the exploration factor in my opinion. The next subject is when youre actually on the planet, I thought there was going to be insanely different planets with strange creatures and types of flora and fauna I could never imagine. THIS was replaced by "red rocky planet, blue rocky planet, green rocky planet" and said planets have "yellow iron, green iron, iron colored iron" and the hostile inhabitants are almost always little brown scraggly things with lots of legs and feelers, cliche much? Imagine someone telling you they have an exquisitely diverse and creative fashion sense, and then you open their closet and its all they have 10 of the same sweater in a different color. 3.7/10 for actual game, 10.1/10 for marketing.

I played this game a while ago so im not sure how accurate my experience was to the game now. But I want your guy's opinion, I know you need to make some basic things like your crafting tables and your bubble shield, but for someone that definitely has no interest in building any sort of house or structure in the building system would you say this game was still worth playing for everything but that?

It was free, and it downloaded fast.
