A terrifying cat-and-mouse experience. Survival requires bravery, attentiveness, and invention. If you're like me and you love any game where 1) you become intimately familiar with a map's layout and 2) you have to plan your next steps carefully, then you will find tremendous satisfaction with this game.

If you're brave enough.

A fantastic 4X space epic that lets you play a tremendous range of empires, each with a unique, deep, and evolving play style.

I hate fishing in most video games. This is my favorite fishing game by far. Even considering the unique fish you'll find...

A very chill experience with the right amount of horror thrown in. I would play a dozen of these.

Be the monster. If you liked the ending of Inside , you'll have a lot of fun here.

One of the most magical gaming experiences I've had in years. On the surface it's a fun & cute action adventure, but it hides some incredible mysteries to unravel. Go in blind & make sure you have a notebook handy!

I am not the most mechanically inclined person, but Factorio's systems are simple enough on a basic level to understand. The real hook comes in the complexity of the factories & systems you build yourself- and that is the reward of the game too. The joy of Factorio is in creating and understanding a complex system of your own design, and then finding new ways to make it better. The core loop is richly satisfying, brilliantly simple, and constantly evolving and expanding. Play it - the factory most grow.

A massive rpg, both in length and the scale of the story. carve out your own kingdom amid a ruthless wilderness, defend it against foes from inside & out (and beyond), and choose how you want it to grow. if you've played D&D 5e but not Pathfinder, the main difference you need to know is this: Pathfinder is about making the numbers Go Up A Lot. make those numbers go up and destroy your foes.

a must-play game for fans of weirdness, of immersive sim-shooter-searcher games, or of the grotesque. unbelievably cool

cool concept, but it gave me a headache. the AI didn't seem to do anything smart and I was constantly reviving them. shooting with the gravcycle felt bad. the world was beautiful and the story seemed interesting, but I'll never know if it gets better. Jon Everist's soundtrack is amazing as always though.

One of the best roguelikes of all time, and one that still holds up so many years after its earliest days as a flash game. Endlessly replayable and always surprising.
