The struggle is real. The devs experiment with what plays well over what might sell better. Its a truly aggressive, cut-throat experience. Be selfish with trusted friends. Be even more selfish if going it alone. Your faint of heart is not welcome here. Rust has caused so much misery for me. Great game though! :D

You need to learn. Your soldier has a salary, its not particularly good for unlocking things 'call of duty' style. The game never forces you to buy things, your impatience might. Don't ♥♥♥♥♥ about spending money, unless the game threatens to turn off if you don't pay...I don't want to hear it. This game rewards you at a fantastic pace. Things are actually significant when you unlock them, and the few credits you earn have to be spent wisely.

Just died from a guy who's using a one-shot rifle? You should have been in cover. Use cover. Use all of it. Out of sight, out of mind. This game is realistically unforgiving of stupid decisions. Maybe running directly AT the enemy isn't that weird of a thing to get you killed? I'm no expert.

Are your wait times too long? Well that's because you died and if everyone spawned as fast as they wanted to, battles would be a mess. You should use wait times to get a plan together on how you're not going to get killed again, but still accomplish the objectives. Get out of the habit of changing weapons incessantly during battles. You can't do that ♥♥♥♥ IRL and its right that you can't do it (easily) here.

One complaint I would have about this game is that I wish there was more of a diversity of armies to choose from. I know that things will get more diverse, but I want REALLY diverse. Like French resistance forces, or the British Army, Italy. I won't list everyone that fought in the war obviously, but a few more fighting forces to choose from would be cool.

I reccomend this game. I love this game. I love the controls, the struggle, the action, the loss. I just wish it ran better. I've spent 99.9% of my time on this game in RP servers or servers that don't allow killing on sight. Not because I'm afraid of combat, but because the performance of the game gets me killed. I'll never know the true experience of the game until it runs better but I still love it none the less.
