ooohh, no i didnt buy in to the hype too. i got warband because my brothers showed it to me and i fell in love with Tales after that plus with how many mods warband had so i was thinking there was no way they could fumble Bannerlord but after so many delays i kinda just ignored it because like you said, On DAY ONE on release. IT WAS ART it was perfect but i just wish i knew why they would leave a game THEY KNEW would do super good if they took care of it but at the same time, ig we are coming to a part of gaming history where most games are gonna be a 50/50 on whether or not it will be left alone after it releases or at least thats the tread im seeing for the last 10 years or less

I didn't buy into the hype. I couldn't get into Warband due to its difficulty but really tried. Viking Conquest was easier and allowed me to enjoy the game.

Bannerlord, though? I bought it day one because I was interested, not because it was hyped. The game was fantastic on release. Sure, it was buggy but still playable. Lots of crashes but I still had a lot of fun.

My negative stance is only toward their inactivity near and after their 1.0 launch. Their initial release followed by the months and perhaps first year of its life were ripe with updates and fixes.

Amem brother. I truly expected more when i should have never since you and I and many others should have taken the warning signs they gave us of delaying the game so much (in other words not really working on it lol)
