1. Practice relaxation skills
When your temper flares, put relaxation skills to work. Practice deep-breathing exercises, imagine a relaxing scene, or repeat a calming word or phrase, such as "Take it easy." You might also listen to music, write in a journal whatever it takes to encourage relaxation.
2. Don't hold a grudge
Forgiveness is a powerful tool. If you allow anger and other negative feelings to crowd out positive feelings, you might find yourself swallowed up by your own bitterness or sense of injustice.
3. Exercise
Exercise can be an excellent release for your anger. Anger is really not just an emotion. It's energy. Exercise can be a healthy release for that energy.
Learning to control anger is a challenge for everyone at times. Seek help for anger issues if your anger seems out of control, causes you to do things you regret or hurts those around you.

Because of my injury my arm movements are not the same as they use too be, I have had too relearn how to use a mouse and play FPS games.
I have 9 pins within my elbow and forearm and those 9 pins hold two aluminium plates into my bone. Those plates correspond and work with each other to enable me to move my arm. really do wish I was making this up but everyday is progress and a step closer to how my arm use too be. This does not bother me however it does flood me with motivation to be a better person and accomplish things I though I could never have done before.
