+rep nice post. Although, I don't think Valve is even a little interested in improving the situation, since the number of online players is huge, and Valve gets ~10% of any in-game purchase/trade. Despite all the investments i made, i was facing bad actors like you, but i found some solutions. it worked for me, maybe for you too.

I first got the elite crewman badge. Then i bought cs:go frames, backgrounds, emojis from the steam store. for now my problem seems to be solved. I advise.
