I love your work regarding the MTG Deck Loader. It's a pitty that your API requests at scryfall are currently not working. So I had a look into your script to find out why it is not working anymore and I found out that scryfall don't like the generic get call from the WebRequest. They like to have the request header filled out as mentioned in their API documentation "https://scryfall.com/docs/api" under "Required Headers". This you can do in the tabletop simulators lua script with a WebRequest.custom call.
I tried it out and with this change it is working well again. I would love to share the changes I have done with you, so that we get your great MTG deck loader running for everyone again.
