A great reboot that will keep you playing until the end. Great graphics, had no stability problems, and the game play was engaging while the puzzles were generally quite satisfying. This was one of my favourite games of that year, definite recommend.

Honestly, I was not expecting to enjoy this game. I had dabbled briefly in the original two Assassin's Creed games and was never drawn in with their clunky gameplay and fairly blasé storylines. Having seen a number of very strong reviews for this iteration, I decided to take a chance.

This is an extremely satisfying, wonderfully crafted, and very well executed game from start to finish. The storyline is engaging, the ship battles and overall experience on the sea is truly one of the shining points of this or any game I've played in a long while. On top of that, the controls are generally tight, and reminds me of the old Prince of Persia days.

Without a doubt, I would strongly recommend this game for anyone. If you see it on sale, grab it. It's not dated - in fact - it looks stellar, and you will undoubtedly have a great time playing through it.

Highly recommended to play with a controller.

I loaded this game for the first time and immediately after, Iran had its nuclear sanctions lifted. This game is literally the underlying cause of world peace.
