All the tables you bought in FX2 and FX3 don't come with you. Looks like I'll just play FX3 until they remove it like they did FX2. I wont be buying any more tables at all even in FX3 after this experience.

Hey Zen,
You had something going. I bought tables from you. Now you've broken the trust and I won't buy anything from you again.

I can't recommend the game based on the state of tables.
FX2/3 used to be lots of fun.
You might be okay to buy tables in Pinball FX, until they release a 'Pinball FX2' version and you wont be able to use them there. Not a good idea to buy tables.

A Beat game! But in VR! - Music is great, they continually add more DLC and free tracks.
As of writing there are 7 OST that are free, and have 5 difficulty settings.

This is an easy to learn game, but hard to master. - Also can be used as a cardio workout!

There is a solo campaign, that you don't really need to play other than a few levels for early guidance. Later they reinforce bad play (imo) by forcing you to miss blocks to maintain a combo less than 20 (or similar, been a while since I've played solo)
You can also just jump into tracks in solo mode as well without having to play through the campaign. I recommend just doing this and getting to know all of the songs.

Multiplayer has no communication other than hand gestures. The song/level voting system could use some serious redesign/improvement, but it works. The Multiplayer level select could also be improved by showing the artist when there are similarly named songs (or in general)
Annoyances with the level voting: If not everyone has a track/song there is no way to know as it isn't indicated, other than people doing hand gestures. This could be a simple change that would could vastly improve the state of multiplayer.
There are also two separate lobbies, one for no-DLC and one for all songs. I think this seems to cause a problem when no one is playing in the no-DLC lobbies, they join the DLC lobbies for people to play with and they get frustrated when other people pick songs they don't have.

Overall though, this is a solid game, and worth checking out if you haven't already. I completed all the trophies and still play almost daily for a cardio workout. It sometimes gets a little stale, but then there is either a new free song pack that will come out, or a new DLC pack to buy for ~ 12-15. (roughly every couple-few months for either.)

Make sure you can calibrate your controllers with something like OVR Advanced Settings to help with accuracy.

Scoring:
Each block is worth 100 points with a 15 point bonus for accuracy and swing
It took me many hours to figure out how to hit blocks the best. I'll try to explain what I think is the best for me.
Accuracy: Seems to be best if you can time to hit the block with the innermost portion of your saber and swing through the block.
Swing: Seems to be the best if you can envision a 45` arc in position of the block and the direction it is pointing, and trying to aim to hit through that 45` arc.

Combos work up to 8x points per block, which means it's important to hit each block even if you don't have the best accuracy.
Although, you can still score higher than people who perfect a song by having better swing and accuracy. so keep this in mind as you play in higher difficulties.

I enjoy the community, and usually find people to play with for many songs - especially when I don't mind what song we play and just ready up.

Currently at 362 hours, and planning to keep playing near daily for the foreseeable future. I might even pick up a Quest so I can play when I travel. I currently play with a Valve Index and 3 lighthouses in room mode.

Feel free to ask questions or comment.

Lots of fun! neat puzzles that get you thinking about the space around you.

I had some issues with parts where the control would be taken away and move the player at varying speeds. [or cut-scenes that the water made it look like you are moving were uncomfortable.]

But overall had a lot of fun figuring out the puzzles. I'd highly recommend if you are NOT prone to motion sickness in VR.

Interesting gameplay, but the story was not what I was looking for.

I can't recommend this game enough! I've owned guitars for a long time, but never really stuck to practicing. Most of the time before playing Rocksmith 2014, I would just fiddle around with making melodies and wanting to figure out how to make chords go along with the melodies I was creating. I didn't get very far with Guitar.

When Rocksmith (original) came out I was excited to pick it up and give it a shot, but had many issues with the game: Input Lag, Audio feedback, and just wasn't really into the method.
Then comes Rocksmith 2014! So far I've put about 45 hours into 2014, and I'm still having a blast. All of the issues I experienced on Win32/x360 versions of Rocksmith 1 have been resolved. And now there is a recommendation system that suggests things for you to do.
Rather than level up like in the first game, you focus on mastery of each song. Once you have mastered a section of the song, the notes will fade out, and force you to memorize the patterns. (brilliant! and optional if you dislike it)

I have yet to play Bass with this, but from what I can glean about being able to play Lead Guitar or Rythm Guitar, I expect it will be just as fun to play. (I will probably pick up a bass soon; but there is a bass emulation mode as well for guitar)
I have a deep musical background, and the only thing I find lacking is that it's all focused on Rock. (But it is Rocksmith after all!) I wish it had some classical guitar tunes that can be very technically hard, so I could focus more on picking and more difficult techniques. But overall this is a great start, and I'm excited to see where this takes me after another 40 hours of play (or practice)
