I played this game back when it launched for 60 hours with 6-10 hour sessions each day and let me tell you I literally didn't encounter any of the bugs you see on youtube. Game reviews from youtubers and news outlets means ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Only thing I could complain about this game is that AI is driven by a literal potato and 1.5 update is said to fix it. Don't take peoples word for it and try it. If it was fine for me back when it launched I'm pretty sure it is more than fine for you with current updates.
