Not a terrible Platformer as a freebie but it could of been way harder with puzzles that you couldn't just wall jump around. The soundtrack could of been better as well since I found myself just putting on my own music instead.

My only compliant is that Nubby clearly finds the quickest path to the bottom while hitting as little pegs as possible when I'm on my last life and it's just a really mean thing to do :(

Take the best elements of bullet hell shooters and action roguelites, mix them together and you get Star Of Providence. Highly recommended for those who want a fast paced roguelite with an STG flare.

For some reason I've played over 50 hours of this. I really wanted to like this but in terms of roguelikes on steam this is just unfair and unfun. Also I kept having the game crash on me due to the some pointer(?) error. Hard pass.

Brought this for 14 cents back in 2015 and having only given it a proper just recently, with that said Caster is a mess but one that with more of a budget and dev time on the whole game you could have a seriously fast pace and fun 3rd person shooter here, but as it is it's a neat 2 hour at most game that just leaves me wanting more games like this.

It's still as great as the first time I played it a decade ago.
Great gameplay loop with tons of extras to unlock.

I can't help but feel that Nuclear Throne isn't beatable and I'm just playing the video game equivalent of punching a brick wall with my bare hands.

Fun game nonetheless

Never has a video game brought me as much fun and pain at the same time.

What starts out as a sweet game about poems and cupcakes turns into one of the most twisted and inventive games I've seen in awhile. If you haven't played this game already or have a afternoon to kill (game only took 5 hours for me to finish whole) then give Doki Doki Literature Club a shot.
