Great game. I definitely recommend it if you enjoyed Theme Hospital. It plays similarly, but has more features and has a longer campaign. Also the music / announcers are pretty fun.

An easy purchase for anyone that loves city builders. You can easily spend hours growing your small town into a thriving metropolis and just watch everything in motion.

It has great visuals, intuitive tools, and the DLC provides extra content worth its price. You can follow citizens around their daily tasks. When playing without cheats it is also somewhat of a challenge, although you get used to what you need to do fairly quickly such as making sure everyone is connected to electricity and water and has access to a medical centre etc.

With the steam workshop there is always another map you can download to play on, another building to construct, mods to change how you play, how your traffic works and more.

The only problems are that there is a cap to how big you can grow your city, but it is set reasonably high enough that it won't effect most people. Also Chirpy is incredibly annoying.
