Interesting, shifting storyline conveyed into an unconventional medium. Immersive, unique and goes after a certain 90's medium-income aesthetic even down to the color palette in the parent's room (maybe a bit too hard, nobody has that many VHSs). It stuck with me a for a few days, and definitely a consume-in-single-sitting experience. A little too rough to be GOTY-worthy, but a definite storytelling avant-garde triumph (see: Dear Esther).
