My review will be focused on the Steam Deck.

The game runs very well out of the box. While there are no real graphics customizations to speak of, performance was great and never dipped below 60FPS.

The default control scheme works fine enough - you will need to bind something to Enter however. You may also want to bind the Boost Dodge to a different key.

The only thing holding back my score is that this game is very clearly keyboard and mouse focused. Controllers will struggle with what is already a difficult and fast paced experience, as high accuracy and fast reactions will make or break your time spent here, heavily favoring keyboard and mouse as the superior input methods.

For people with K+M setups the game is highly rewarding, and should be the main way to play.
