Random thing, I saw your protonDB report on black ops 3 and you mentioned about an audio issue. I dont use pipewire, I just use plain ALSA but I had the same issue with certain games not having sound. I fixed the issue by having a .asound.rc file with
defaults.pcm.!card Generic
defaults.ctl.!card Generic
as the content in the root directory. I hope this helps with your issue.
