Very easy to pick up and play. It isn't very flashy, but if you like simulator tycoon games, you'll probably enjoy this one. I have a save on medium and the game might be a little too easy, so I'd suggest cranking it up to hard. Additionally the game takes a little too long to change each time (I've played for 72 hours and I'm still not to the point where there are home video releases or CGI). But I've had a lot of fun with this game and it's great for just having something to tinker with for a few minutes here or there in the background.

Really great Roguelite with hundreds of hours of content. I've played a ton of it and will probably play a lot more. However, an updated game is on the way (Binding of Isaac: Rebirth) so many people may choose to just wait. But a significant discount has been promised for owners of the original game, so if you are at all interested, it is worth the very low price.
